Frequently asked questions

What skin type is the Phytoplasma Creme suitable for? How often should you use the cream?

The expert beautician can adjust the cream exactly to the needs of her skin. It has various vegetable oils, extracts and active ingredients available for this. The cream can therefore be used several times a day and overnight if necessary.

Can you use the Phytoplasa Creme near the eyes?

Yes, because the cream does not cause eye irritation because it is similar to the skin and contains no preservatives or the like.

Can you apply another brand of serum under the cream, for example?

In principle, yes, but it should be noted that the Phytoplasa Creme introduces components into the skin and the serum should therefore contain no preservatives if possible. We recommend the high ampoule serums from our "Elements for Beauty" range. These are highly concentrated, contain no chemical additives and can therefore be optimally combined with a phytoplasmic cream.

With constant use, does you get dependent to it?

No, not as is the case with many other cosmetics. As no emulsifiers are used and the unwanted “wash out effect” cannot occur. The skin protection barrier is rebuilt or strengthened by the phytoplasm, so that even less cream is needed after a while.

Are the Phytoplasa Cremes perfumed?

No, basically not, because the basic components are odorless. If desired, however, a natural aroma note can be added. There are 3 types to choose from.

What is the shelf life of the Phytoplasa Creme? Does the cream need to be stored in the refrigerator?

A freshly made Phytoplasa Creme contains no preservatives and no stabilizers like other cosmetics. However, it is located in an airtight airless dispenser and contains antimicrobial plant extracts, which is why it can also be stored outside the refrigerator for a good 3 months.

How can you see when the dispenser is empty?

There is a window on the side of the label. Here you can see the piston that slowly pushes upwards with each removal. When it reaches the top of the window, the dispenser is empty.

Where do the components of the cream come from?

They come from many parts of the world, where they are grown in controlled organic growing areas. They are subject to the strictest quality controls. For example, no pesticides or the like may be used.

If the membrane structure cream increases skin protection, how can the active ingredients get into the skin?

The skin protection barrier is significantly strengthened, but active ingredients that are located between the lamellar structures of the cream are stored in the uppermost layers of the skin. They stay there for a long time and can slowly develop their effect (depot effect). Therefore, they are up to 10 times stronger than in conventional creams.

Where do the active algae and maritime stem cells come from?

They are isolated from special algae by a biotechnical laboratory in Brittany, with which we work very closely. This is sometimes done in a very complex process.

If the progerin content of a 65-year-old skin is reduced to that of a 35-year-old after 1 month of use, do I immediately look 40 years younger?

No, aging of the skin depends on many factors, especially on hereditary factors. However, the best thing you can do is to protect the skin from external environmental factors by strengthening the skin barrier and, above all, not by foreign substances such as emulsifiers and preservatives.
